rr3 Terms & Conditions – Full User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "you", "your") and rr3.asia ("rr3", "we", "us", "the Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, games, betting markets, and features available on rr3.asia, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slots, and any promotional offers.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on rr3, you irrevocably confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the rr3 platform.

Use of rr3 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. rr3 enforces an absolute minimum age of 18 for all account holders.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from rr3 or had an account suspended or closed for breach of this Agreement.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your specific jurisdiction within Pakistan or wherever you are located at the time of play. rr3 does not provide legal advice in this regard.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on rr3. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

At registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. rr3 will use this information to communicate with you regarding your account and to carry out identity verification.

rr3 applies a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process to all accounts. Before withdrawals are processed, you are required to submit:

• A clear copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card)
• A selfie holding your CNIC
• Proof of payment method (e.g., JazzCash or Easypaisa account confirmation)

rr3 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified will result in withdrawal restrictions being maintained. KYC documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rr3 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

rr3 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and local bank transfer. All transactions are processed in PKR and your rr3 account balance is maintained in PKR at all times.

Deposits: Minimum deposit is Rs 200 for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and Rs 500 for bank transfers. Deposits are credited to your rr3 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. rr3 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed only to verified accounts. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. rr3 processes withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, subject to security checks. rr3 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Refusal of Transactions: rr3 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction that it suspects may be fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or in breach of any term of this Agreement.

rr3 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly displayed at the point of offer. By claiming any bonus on rr3, you agree to the specific bonus terms in addition to this Agreement.

General bonus conditions applicable to all rr3 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only (completed KYC)
• One bonus per household, IP address, payment method, and device
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn
• rr3 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse or misuse
• Bonuses have an expiry date; any unclaimed or unmet bonus will be forfeited on expiry

Abuse of the rr3 bonus system – including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors – will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

All bets placed on rr3 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or event. rr3's sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international T20Is, Test matches, and ODIs), as well as other sports markets available on the platform at any given time.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement and are binding once confirmed
• In the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, settlement will follow rr3's event-specific rules published in the sportsbook
• In-play bets are subject to a time delay; rr3 is not responsible for connection issues that prevent in-play bet placement
• rr3 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a pricing error or system error has occurred
• Maximum bet limits apply and are displayed per market. rr3 reserves the right to limit bet sizes at its sole discretion

All bet settlement decisions made by rr3 are final once a result has been confirmed and settled. Queries regarding settlement must be raised with support within 72 hours of settlement.

All casino games available on rr3 – including live dealer games, RNG table games, and slot titles – are subject to the individual rules of each game, which are accessible within the game interface itself. Players are advised to review individual game rules before wagering.

rr3 casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and/or live dealers provided by licensed gaming software providers. The house edge and Return to Player (RTP) figures for each game are determined by the game provider and are independently audited.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a live casino or slot game session, rr3's systems will attempt to record the last confirmed game state. rr3 will not be liable for losses resulting from disconnection caused by factors outside rr3's direct control, including internet service provider failure or user device issues.

rr3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all account holders with access to the following tools through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limits cannot be increased until the relevant period has elapsed.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are able to lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend access to your rr3 account. Once confirmed, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rr3 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account per person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain
• Colluding with other players or third parties to fix outcomes
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the rr3 platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account
• Circumventing self-exclusion measures through a new account or by using another person's account

All content on rr3.asia – including but not limited to the rr3 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software – is the intellectual property of rr3 or its licensed providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of rr3.

Access to rr3 is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. Any scraping, data extraction, or systematic copying of rr3 content is strictly prohibited.

rr3 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rr3 excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, and fitness for any particular purpose.

rr3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or disruption of service, even if rr3 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

rr3's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of net deposits made by you to your rr3 account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

rr3 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the platform or these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without notice where permitted by applicable law. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via their account email address.

rr3 may terminate your account at any time if you breach any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, rr3 will settle any verified outstanding balance owed to you in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to any applicable investigations.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rr3 is registered and licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of rr3 that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support process, rr3 will engage in good-faith negotiation before any formal dispute resolution process is invoked.

You agree that any dispute shall first be submitted to rr3's internal complaints process. If not resolved within 28 days, disputes may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent dispute resolution body as designated by rr3's applicable licence conditions.
